What is an Exchange?
An Exchange is a remarkable business event. Its basic premise is to bring people together without barriers to exchange value. Each Exchange is thoroughly researched and designed by our expert team to provide a format and process which will help achieve specific outcomes.
Features include the use of unusual, non-business venues, banning power point presentations, and allowing the attendees to set the agenda aided by an experienced facilitator. We take notes throughout the Exchange and circulates a comprehensive Post Exchange Report to all attendees which includes a summary of key discussion points, minutes of the meeting, list of action points and a delegate list including contact information to facilitate follow-up.
Our development of the Exchange idea secured the company the Shell Livewire Young Company 2004 award in London and numerous other business plaudits.
The Exchange for Women in Business brought together more than 80 Saudi and British ladies from broad range of industry sectors, including banking, energy, tourism, catering, manufacturing, retail, healthcare and education to exchange knowledge, experience, views and information on issues of business and workforce development.
‘The best way to bring out the very best ideas from people’
‘I would like to attend more of such events and look forward to applying what I have learnt’
